Our new model home will be located at Lot BB44 Bellbrook Crescent in Portland Hills, and will be ready to show in May 2009, in time for this year's R-2000 Parade of Homes. It is a gorgeous bungalow of 1725 sq. ft on the main floor and 1709 sq. ft. available in the walk out basement for future development. We will have more lots in Portland Hills, as soon as Clayton Developments can get them ready. Of course, we will be happy to help you select a lot anywhere in HRM and beyond, and build your dream house in your chosen location.
